I’m looking for the right person to join me at Lucent. A beautiful, fully furnished private treatment room is available for a licensed esthetician, bodyworker, or massage therapist.

Located in a quiet, professional building just off Ballard Ave, the space is calm, welcoming, and ideal for one-on-one client care. You’ll be surrounded by a mix of offices and wellness providers, with communal restrooms on each floor and lots of nearby parking.

Who this might be perfect for:

• You have an established clientele and are ready for more independence.

• You want to work a few days a week — the room is currently available Sunday–Tuesday, plus occasional Saturdays.

• You’re passionate about delivering personalized, high-quality client care.

• You’re looking for a serene, professional space to grow your business on your own terms.

About the space:

• Private treatment room (~220 sq ft) with hardwood floors, exposed brick wall, and natural light

• Sink and dressing area inside the room

• High-end hydraulic treatment bed

• Access to top-tier skincare products and equipment (if desired)

• Laundry service included

• Serene, well-designed space focused on comfort and quality

• Plenty of paid/unpaid street parking and nearby lots

Structure & Support:

• Day rate or commission-based options — open to discussing what works best

• Keep more of your revenue compared to traditional spa employment models

• Full autonomy over your schedule (within available days) and services offered

• Opportunity for cross-referrals within a like-minded community
